The building at 1844 Pearl has been here for decades. What's inside is entirely new. Akoya on Pearl is a complete transformation — stripped to the structure and rebuilt from scratch into four two-story residences, each with its own identity and finish palette.
Developed by Lefort Built Construction and designed by PDH Architects of Boulder, every surface, system, and detail is brand new. The bones are Boulder. Everything else is Akoya.
Pearl Street below. The Flatirons framed through floor-to-ceiling glass. The largest Pearl Street-facing residence in the collection sits on a corner that simply has no equal — and the finish package, in Taj Mahal Quartzite, was chosen to match.

No two residences share the same finish package. Each kitchen and primary bath is built around its own quartzite or marble slab, paired with European soft-close cabinetry by Kitchen Craft and individually selected Daltile tile designs.
The material selections were chosen not just for beauty, but for how they feel in the space — the weight of the stone, the play of light on the tile, the quiet luxury of a room that needed no decoration.
These residences are designed for people who notice quality. From the Viking induction range to the panel-ready refrigerator, nothing was chosen for its price point.
